🎉 Update: NEW OFFERINGS and FORWARD Framework

Aloha Reader!

We are excited to share more development at Plan Z!

We have developed a FORWARD Framework to clarifying your coaching work with us, and to ensure we are living up to our goal of supporting you in moving forward in your journey as an educator.

What is the FORWARD Framework? Here's the gist:

The FORWARD Framework is more than an acronym — it’s a mindset and method that empowers teachers to navigate complexity with clarity, purpose, and sustainability. Here's how each component helps educators move forward:

F – Focus on what matters most

O – Organize time and energy intentionally

R – Remove non-essentials

W – Work with learner agency in mind

A – Align priorities and goals with daily practice

R – Reflect consistently on practice and impact

D – Design and develop a sustainable teaching and learning rhythm

When we work together, you will be supported in this process of gaining clarity and intention so you can focus on what matters.
