πŸ—“οΈ Monday Funday Email: Teacher Planning Sessions Available!

Hello Reader!

Update on our summer workshops in the Memphis...

We are moving them to online so we can accommodate more folks! Because these sessions will be virtual, the face-to-face part will be about 3 hours each day, with a "homework" component that participants will work on when not on Zoom, to bring to their sessions.

Ready, Set, Teacher: A Workshop for Educators Who Want to Set the Stage for a Successful Year

The first days of school lay the foundation for the entire academic year. Whether you're a new teacher or an experienced educator looking to refine your approach, this two-day interactive workshop will equip you with the essential strategies to build a strong classroom culture, establish clear expectations, and prepare engaging instruction that empowers students to take ownership of their learning.

Level Up Your Engagement: Turn a Worksheet Into an Experience

This workshop builds your confidence and instructional decision-making by learning how to transform required tasks into meaningful, student-centered learning experiences without abandoning curriculum, increasing prep time, or violating district expectations. You will learn a simple, repeatable redesign framework using three lenses: thinking routines and protocols, transferable skills, and student agency. You will be able to apply this framework directly to your own materials and leave with at least one redesigned lesson they can implement immediately.

Teacher Planning Sessions

We are so fortunate to have a such skilled planner on our team.

Our coach, Nicole, is offering a set of collaborative planning sessions for teachers July 13-16 from 3pm-5pm Arizona time.

Planning doesn't have to be a solo marathon at your kitchen table. Join Nicole for a focused, two-hour collaborative planning session where teachers come together to do the work that matters, alongside people who get it. In two hours, you'll trade the blank-page overwhelm for shared momentum. Planning together means you stop reinventing the wheel, borrow what's already working, and walk away with less on your plate and more clarity about what to keep, cut, and prioritize. You'll get the accountability of protected time, the energy of a room full of colleagues, and the relief of knowing you're not doing it alone - because the best plans aren't built bigger, they're built better. Two hours of real progress. Zero busywork.

If you are not in a teacher role, forward this opportunity to the ones you know!

Yours,

P.S. Forward this email to colleagues who you think would enjoy the connection and resources.
